DOB  15 November 1914   Stillwater 
DOD  May 1916   in Tulsa  

Died at her home in Tulsa, little Portia Belk, infant daughter of Mrs. Fannie Belk. 

She was the pride and joy of her mother, sisters and brothers. 

The deceased was laid to rest by the side of her father, Mr. Portney Belk who died over a year ago. 

The funeral was conducted by Mr. W. C. Bowers at the cemetery Thursday and a large number of relatives and friends were present.
