Perry – Anton Joe (Tony) Vculek, 56, died early Saturday in an Oklahoma City
hospital where he had entered December 10. He had been ill health the past three
months.
Service will be at 10 AM Wednesday in St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church at Perry.
The Rev. Ward Pankratz will officiate. Burial will be in Grace Hill Cemetery
under direction of Parker Funeral Home, Perry.
Vculek was born July 30, 1923, at Hennessy to Anton John Vculek and Mary Rezac.
He moved to the Perry area in 1956, and had attended schools in Bison. On July
5, 1951, he married Winifred Lovekamp at Guthrie.
Vculek was a salesman for Perry Auto Supply for 23 years. He served during World
War I I, and was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, Enid American
Legion and the Wichita, Kansas, Moose Lodge.
Survivors include his wife, Winifred; and his father, Anton, of Perry.
Memorials may be made to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, Cancer Fund,
with the funeral home serving as custodian.
