Tonya Sim, 46, of Perry passed from this life on Wednesday, April 2, 2014. Services have been entrusted to the care of Palmer Marler Funeral Home of Perry and a service celebrating her life will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, April 7, 2014 at Calvary Baptist Church in Perry, with Pastor Roger Dunn officiating.
Interment will be in Grace Hill Cemetery. Public visitation
will be from 1p.m. to 8p.m. on Sunday April 6, 2014 and the family will greet
friends at the funeral home from 5-8 p.m.
Tonya was born May 16, 1967 to James and Linda (Stout) Sim in Perry, OK. Tonya’s
greatest joy in life was serving her lord and spending time with her family. She
loved spending time with children, especially her two nephews, Nathaniel and
Jacob.
Tonya is survived by her father, Jim Sim of the home; two brothers, Craig and
wife, Jody of Perry, and Brian Sim of the home; two nephews, Nathaniel Sim and
Jacob Sim; and numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Linda (Stout) Sim and an older sister,
Raelene Sim.
Memorial contributions can be made in Tonya’s name to the Calvary Baptist Church
in care of Palmer Marler Funeral Home 203 Fir Street, Perry, OK 73077.
