A graveside service for Michael “Mike” Sills, 61, of Broken
Arrow, will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Grace Hill Memorial Pavilion in Grace Hill
Cemetery, Perry. Scott Sills will officiate. Arrangements are by Brown-Dugger
Funeral Home, Perry.
He was born Jan. 30, 1945, in Henryetta, to Clarence Clayton and Maggie Grace
Miller Sills and died Monday, May 1, 2006, at St. Francis Hospital, Tulsa.
He earned his associate degree in commercial art.
He married Sandra Ann Dunham Feb. 6, 1965, in Arkansas. He was self-employed as
a printing broker and was a Christian.
Surviving are his wife, Sandra; three sons, Mark and Scott Sills, both of Broken
Arrow, and Schuyler Sills of Dover, Del.; one daughter, Michelle Monholland of
Broken Arrow; three brothers, Dick Sills of Harrah, Jim Sills of Guthrie and
Jerry Sills of Boise, Idaho; one sister, Connie Lynch of Knoxville, Tenn.; six
grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death one brother.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home, 1010 N. 7th Street, Perry, OK
73077, to the charity of donor’s choice.
