Wanda was born on October 24, 1939 to the late Vernon and Lilly Viola (Hall) Williams in Mulhall, OK.
Wanda grew up in Red Rock, OK and graduated from Red Rock High School in 1957. After high school, Wanda was united in marriage to Jake Neiman and to this union three children, Steven, Debra, and Dale, were born. She loved traveling and spending time with family and friends. When she had free time she would spend it outside: gardening in her flower beds, bird watching, camping, and fishing with Jake. Wanda enjoyed the simple things in life and being surrounded with her children and grandchildren.
Wanda was preceded in death by her husband, Jake Neiman, parents Vernon and Lilly Viola (Hall) Williams, and granddaughter Stephanie Neiman.
Wanda is survived by her three children, Steven Neiman and wife Susie of Perry, Debra Clark of Ness City, KS, and Dale Neiman and wife Patty of Perry; four siblings, Shirley Burgess and husband Curtis of Red Rock, Nolen Williams of Notus, Idaho, Elton Williams of Ponca City, and Karen Most and husband, Arlet of McCloud, four grandchildren, Timothy Clark Jr., Travis Clark, Heidi Neiman, and Dustin Neiman, and seven great grandchildren, Alison, Dason, Jacop, Brianne, Alexis, Hunter, and Conner.
