The funeral for Eula Hodge, 94, of Perry, will be 3 p.m. Friday at the Assembly
of God Church, Perry. The Rev's. James Guerrero and Lonnie Rutherford will
officiate. Burial will be in Grace Hill Cemetery, Perry. Arrangements are by
Brown-Dugger Funeral Home, Perry. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. today at the
funeral home.
She was born Sept. 29, 1911, at Perry to Cornelius Dee "Tut" and Louisa Wartenbee Tuttle and died
Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2005, at Perry Memorial Hospital.
She attended Noble County rural school and Perry public schools.
She owned and operated the Corner Lunch Cafe and Bus Stop for 17 years. She
traveled extensively to each of the 50 states and Japan. She was a member of
Assembly of God Church, Perry.
Surviving are one son, Leo Sargent of Perry; two daughters, Ethel McNeal of
Perry and Wanda Edwards of Yale; 10 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, one daughter, two brothers and three
sisters.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to the First Assembly of God
Church.
