Lonnie L. Farmer age 79, died Wednesday May 13, 2009 at his home in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was born May 28, 1929 in Cheyenne, Oklahoma to Truman and Dannie (Summers) Farmer. He was a banker, a Board Member of the Water Resources Board and the Oklahoma Rural Water Association. Lonnie is survived by his wife Lila Irene "Rene" (Hopkins) of the home. Services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 16, 2009 at McNeil's Mustang Funeral Service, Mustang, Oklahoma with interment at 1:00 p.m. in Grace Hill Cemetery, Perry, Oklahoma. In lieru of flowers memorials may be made to WordChurch, 500l S. Richland Rd., Yukon, Oklahoma 73099.
