(permission granted)

Foster will officiate.
He was the son of Samuel C. Elliott and Juanita Marie Banning. He was
the youngest of six children. Dan
and his first wife, Sheryl, had a daughter, Angyl Elliott Moneymaker,
and a son, Dylan Craig Elliott. Dan married Neoma J. Petersen in 1993
and they operated Pete’s Place convenience store near Sooner Lake until
2007, when they retired and moved to Perry.
Dan went to Pawnee Schools and owned Elliott Electrical Service Company
in Pawnee, Oklahoma. He earned his electrical license and his mechanical
license. Dan worked in dirt construction, operating many construction
machines, his favorite was the bulldozer, and helped to build Highway
412 and numerous flood control dams. He also worked as a driller in the
oil fields. Throughout his life, he enjoyed fishing and camping, riding
dirt bikes, motorcycles and 3 wheelers (anything fast) cooking, smoking
meat and most importantly reading the Bible. During retirement, Dan
enjoyed researching on the computer and sharing with others about his
interest in Bigfoot – he always had great fun facts to share with family
and friends. In the last two years, Dan was devoted to caring for and
nursing his wife, Neoma, back to health following a broken leg and two
surgeries.
May he fly high in Heaven with his daughter Angyl watching over us until
we meet again.
Dan was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter, Angyl, his
siblings, Keith Semnit, Clara Smith and Jerry Semnit.
He leaves behind his wife, Neoma Elliott, son Dylan Elliott,
grandchildren Gabriel Moneymaker, Kohl Elliott, Kylah Elliott and Kaylee
Elliott, siblings Lex Elliott and his wife Clara, his sister Connie
Smith, and numerous nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind Neoma’s
children, Vickie and Lee Malget, Brenda and Larry Baker, Brian and
Yuanxia Yang Petersen and numerous grandchildren and great
grandchildren, and many extended family members and friends.
