Memorial:  10:30 AM Saturday, April 1st, 2017  First United Methodist Church
 
Lila Belle Busse, 91, of Perry, Oklahoma passed away on Wednesday, March
29, 2017 at her home surrounded by family. Arrangements are under the
care of Palmer Marler Funeral Home of Perry. Funeral service will be
held on Saturday, April 1, at 10:30am at the First United Methodist
Church in Perry with Chaplain Gene Owens officiating. Visitation will be
held on Friday, March 31 from 9:00am to 8:00pm at the funeral home.
 
Lila was born on September 3, 1925 on a family farm near Marshall,
Oklahoma to Frank and Evelyn (Metz) Day. She attended grade school at
Roxanna and graduated from Marshall High School in 1942.
 
Lila married Clyde LeForce in July 1942. Clyde preceded her in death.
Lila and Cliff Busse were married on February 12, 1960. They shared 57
very special years of togetherness.
 
Lila’s hobbies before her vision failed were hunting, fishing and
playing golf with her husband, Cliff.
 
She is survived by her husband, Cliff; her children Doug LeForce and
wife, Billie, Frank LeForce and wife, Sharon, Chris Busse, Connie
Betchan and husband, Jack, Tawni Sigrist and daughter-in-law Flora
LeForce; sixteen grandchildren; thirty great grandchildren; seven great
– great grandchildren; her sister Kathy Spillman ; and her brother, Joe
Day.

She is preceded in death by her first husband, Clyde; sons, Rollie

and J.D. LeForce; two grandsons, Raymond and James LeForce; her parents;
and brother, Dwight Day.
 
Memorial donation can be made in honor of Lila to the Oklahoma Medical
Research Foundation in care of Palmer Marler Funeral Home, 203 East Fir
Street, Perry, Oklahoma 73077.
