Joshua Howard Bezdicek, 29, was born August 21, 1978, to Robert D. Bezdicek and Cynthia K. Allred in Enid, Oklahoma. Josh went to Heaven to be with the Lord on June 16, 2008.
Josh lived in Enid most of his life until entering the United States Air Force in 1999. Josh served 6 years in the Air Force becoming a Staff Seargent before moving back to Enid. During his stint in the military Josh met and married his wife Jennifer Porras in Montgomery Alabama on May 31, 2003. They were later blessed with a daughter, Lillian Marie. Josh loved his wife and daughter more than anything in the world and cherished every moment spent with them.
In 2006 they moved to Grove, Oklahoma so that he could be closer to his favorite hobby of fishing. Josh would commonly take his family out to a small dock behind their house and teach his daughter how to fish and just relax with her enjoying life's simple pleasures. His other two passions were playing basketball and enjoying his Oklahoma State Cowboys. Josh would never miss a chance to tease his brothers about their enjoyment of the Sooners. Josh loved his nieces and nephews as much as he did his own daughter.
Josh was very loved and will be severely missed.
Josh is survived by his precious wife, Jennifer and daughter, Lillian of the home; parents, Cindy and Don Allred of Enid, Robert and Linda Bezdicek of Tulsa, and Doug Cantrell Sr of Enid; brothers Doug Cantrell, Jr. and his wife Stephanie of Enid, Kevin Bezdicek and his wife Kasi of Enid, Joseph Bezdicek of Los Angeles, CA, and Trey Breaux of Tulsa; grandparents, Charles and June Bezdicek of Perry; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Josh was preceded in death by his grandparents, Howard and Lucille Kistler, and Dolores Bezdicek.
