Funeral services for Raylene Gay (Sim) Battles are scheduled for 10:00 am Monday, January 26, 2009 at the Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Roger Dunn officiating.

Interment will be in the Grace Hill Cemetery.

Ms. Battles was born on November 3, 1964 to James R. and Linda Sue (Stout) Sim in Perry, OK. She grew up and attended school in Perry. She enjoyed being a part of Special Olympics where she had won several medals. She was affiliated with the Calvary Baptist Church. Her interests involved watching television and being with her family. Ms. Battles passed from this life to be with her Lord and Savior on January 22, 2009 at the Perry Memorial Hospital.

Ms. Battles is survived by:
Parents: Jim and Linda Sim of Perry, OK
2 Brothers: Craig Sim and wife Jody of Perry, OK
Brian Sim of Perry, OK
1 Sister: Tonya Sim of Perry, OK
and many uncles, aunts and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents.
