Tommie Jean Dunn, age 93, of Perry, Oklahoma passed away May 29, 2022 at Green Valley Nursing Home, in Perry, Oklahoma.

A funeral service will be held at 2pm on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at the Calvary Baptist Church with Pastor Shem Durham officiating. Also officiating will be Alan Dunn and Mike Dunn.

Tommie will be laid to rest at Grace Hill Cemetery following the service.

Tommie was born on December 21, 1928 in Caviness, Texas to Thomas and Exa Bea (Ricketson) Draper, the second of eight children. Tommie grew up around Paris, Texas and graduated in 1946 from Delmar High School, Paris, Texas. Tommie married W. T. Dunn on September 28, 1946. They lived in Ft Worth, Odessa and Paris, Texas before moving to Perry, Oklahoma in 1970. From this union, five children were born. Grandma Dunn, as she was known to most, loved being with her family and was a devoted pastor’s wife and mother. She was an excellent cook and prepared many homemade meals for friends and family. She enjoyed being a homemaker and spent many hours sewing and crocheting throughout her life. She was a long-time faithful member of Calvary Baptist Church.

Survivors include her children Alan and Cindy Dunn, Kelly and Sheila Lewellen, Rick and Kathy Porter, and Mike and Kerri Dunn; daughter-in-law Kathy Dunn; grandchildren Mike and Kristy Williams, Jeremy and Stacie Dunn, Brian and Buffy Friend, Tom and Rogena Smith, Jesse and Laura Arzola, Melinda Dunn, Wade and Truenai (Bonnie) Dunn, Jeremy and Alyssa Dougan, Brantley and Jessica Hendrex, Daniel and Brianna Parks, Rachel Dunn, Tate Dunn, Cameron Dunn and Jillian (Maggie) Dunn; great-grandchildren Lane and Kallie Williams, Cody and Beth Williams, Karson and Sierra Marsh, Jacob and Cheyenne Ellis, Patrick Dunn, Justin Dunn, Sara Dunn, Andrew and Mackensie Lawhorn, Kyler Friend, Kadyn Friend, Drea Friend, Emilee Skrdla, Abigail Skrdla, Austin Skrdla, Erick Skrdla, Lydia Skrdla, Malachi Arzola, Elle Arzola, Grayson Arzola, Breckyn Dunn, Brendon Dunn, Addyson Dougan, Brooklyn Dougan, Lincoln Dougan, Zeke Hendrex, Juliet Hendrex; great-great-grandchildren Cassidy Williams, Jayci Williams, Korbin Marsh, and one on the way; and brothers Thomas Draper, Bill Draper, John Draper and Don Draper.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Roger Dunn; and sisters Ruth Bryant, Mary Tanino and Betty Hackfeld.
