Mrs. Ida L. Adams, mother of B. H. Adams , died Monday morning at her home in Perry after an illness of several months.
Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock in the First Baptist church of Perry with Rev. Jones, pastor of the church officiating.
Burial was in the Perry Cemetery.
Mrs. Adams is survived by five sons, W.S. Adams of Lucien, B.H. Adams of
Crescent, Paul Adams,
of Chicago, Ill., Joe Adams, of Tulsa, Spurgeon Adams of Hobbs, N.M. ,
and five daughters, Mrs.
Frank Meads, of Oskaloosa, Iowa, Mrs. Bertha Thompson of Chehalis,
Wash., Mrs. Estelle
Funderbruck of Hutchinson, Kan., Miss Aline Adams and Miss Iva Adams,
both of Perry.

Services for Elisha Adams were held Saturday , March 26, 1955 at Grace Hill
Cemetery .
Elisha Harrison Adams was born June 10, 1863 to John Grundy Adams and
Frances Ellen McIntyre Adams in Meade County Kentucky and died Thursday, March 24,
1955 at the home of his son
William, following an illness of 10 days.
Adams came to Noble County in 1908 and farmed near Lucien until 1920 when he
retired and moved
into Perry. He was a former city councilman and was a deacon in the Baptist
Church.
He is survived by his wife, Clara and ten sons and daughters, Mrs. Hattie F.
Nelson, Tulsa; Mrs. Bertha
Thompson, Chelan, Washington; Mrs. Bretta Mae Norman, Tulsa; Mrs. Estelle J.
Trimble, San Antonio
Texas; Mrs. Allen F. Fruse, Perry; Paul G. Adams, Stillwater; Joseph H.
Adams, Tulsa; and Spurgeon C.
Adams, Tulsa.
