The funeral for Ruth Huffman, 83, Cheyenne, Wyo., will be 2 p.m Monday at the Christian Church, Billings. Kent Reubell will officiate. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, Billings. Arrangements are by Dugger Funeral Home, Billings.

She was born Jan. 22, 1922, in Billings to George Washington and Helen Pearl Skidmore Ketts and died Thursday, Sept. 22, 2005, at United Medical Center, Cheyenne.

She graduated from Billings High School and Enid Business College.
She married Raymond O. Huffman July 21, 1956, in Kansas City, Mo. He died May 17, 1987.
She worked as a bookkeeper, a member of Daughters of the American Revolution, Eastern Star and was an A.A.R.P. tax aide for 25 years. She was a member of the Christian Church.

Surviving are one son, Dennis Lee Nagel of Cheyenne; one brother, Danny Ketts of Billings; one sister, Betty Lou McMartin of Oklahoma City; four grandsons; and two great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Raymond, she was preceded in death by a son and one sister.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to American Cancer Society, any public library or Billings Christian Church.
