Billings - A graveside service for John W. Germer, 86, will be 10 AM today in Billings Union Cemetery, Rent Reubell will officiate. Arrangements are by Sisson Funeral Home.

He was born December 12, 1915, in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, to William and Pearl Sneath Germer and died Wednesday, January 30, 2002, in Blackwell.

He was a member of Perry Elks Lodge No. 2629. He served as exalted ruler of Elks Lodge of Lakewood, California.

Surviving are two granddaughters, Kelli Vincent of Billings and Kymm Hollenbaugh of Washington State; eight great – grandchildren and two great – great – grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife and one daughter.
