Jackie Lynn Carter, 62 of Billings, OK died on Monday October 16, 2017 in Enid, OK.Memorial Services will be held with Dugger Funeral Home in Billings, Oklahoma on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at 2:00pm.

She  attended Billings High School. After graduation Jackie attended cosmetology school to become a hairdresser and worked at Mary’s Beauty Salon for many years. She  enjoyed spending time at the lake, baking, and collecting Coca-Cola memorabilia, but what she treasured most was spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Gene and Roberta Carter; and one brother, Darrell Carter.
