Camp Ranger Dies Monday

Roger Leon Baker , 61, a camp ranger at Camp Fred Darby Boy Scout camp for 23 years, died Monday in Muskogee General Hospital.

Services were held Wednesday in Tahlequah with Interment in the South Bethel Cemetery at Braggs.

Baker, born in Sallisaw, moved to Tahlequah from Braggs in 1947. He was a member of the General Baptist Church of Welling.

Survivors include his wife, two sons, one daughter, three sisters and four grandchildren.
