Kimberly Kaye Paine passed away Friday, December 15th 2017 after a courageous battle with cancer.
She was born August 22nd, 1952, in Enid, Oklahoma to her parents Charles and Sammye Paine. Her family moved to Muskogee in 1961 where she attended Muskogee Public Schools, graduating in 1970.
After high school she moved to Dallas, Texas where she attended Miss Wade's Fashion Merchandising and Modeling School. She enjoyed a successful modeling career in the Dallas area appearing in print media as well as serving as a fitting model for Herman Marcus.
In 1981 she returned to Oklahoma to live in the Muskogee and Tulsa area. While living in Tulsa she worked for Miss Jackson's as a trunk show model. She eventually moved back to Muskogee where she worked for Dillard's Department Store.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles. Survivors include her son Morgan Goslin of Jackson, MS, her mother Sammye, brother Craig and wife Cheryl of Cookson, OK, brother Chuck and wife Diane of Edmond, OK, niece Ashley Boomer (Kurt), Brian Paine (Jennifer), Tiffany Edmunds (James), Tisa Riggs (Riley) and Taylor Towne (Pete) in addition to twelve great nieces and nephews.
Kim was a person with a big heart and full of fun. At family gatherings more often than not she would end up playing with the nieces and nephews. Her pets were also very dear to her heart. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Services will be 2pm Tuesday, December 19th 2017 at Memorial Park Cemetery Mausoleum with Dr. Johnny Derouen officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be Morgan Goslin, Kurt Boomer, Brian Paine, Riley Riggs, James Edmunds and Perter Towne. Honorary Pallbearer Gary Garner.
Funeral services are under the direction of Cornerstone Funeral Home, 1830 North York Street, Muskogee.
