Susie Johnson-Wright, age 78 formerly of Muskogee passed away Sunday, December 28, 2008 at her home in Cedar Park, Texas.
Susie was born on April 20, 1930 in Hulbert, Oklahoma to Redbird and Nancy (Catren) Johnson.
After receiving her education she worked as a waitress and made a home for her family. She was a hard worker and was a very giving person. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially her great-grandson Max who brought her so much joy.
She was preceded by her parents Nancy and Redbird Johnson. Her husband John Taylor Wright. Two brothers: Henry and George Johnson. One sister: Peggy Wimmer.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughter Sandy Kipple and her husband Sam of Cedar Park, Texas. Grandson Mitchell Perry of Austin, Texas. Great-grandchildren: Keyan " Max", Mikayla, and Myla Perry and Moriah Johnson.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 6th, 2009 at Muskogee Memorial Park Cemetery with Reverend Gary Carey officiating. Services and arrangements are under the direction of Muskogee Cremation and Funeral Service, Muskogee , OK.
