Ina Jean (Stills) Marlatt

Ina Jean (Stills) Marlatt, lifelong Muskogee resident, passed from this life on May 16, 2023, in Tulsa, OK. She was 71.

Ina or Inner Tube as she was affectionately known, was born December 29, 1951, in Tahlequah, OK, the daughter of Andrew Ishmael Stills and Velma Lee (Harris) Stills.

Ina was raised in a Christian home and as a member of Immanuel Baptist Church where she accepted the Lord and was baptized at the age of 12. She continued the path of a good Christian woman until her heavenly reward.

Ina's passions were working in her flower beds showing off her skilled green thumb and raising her favorite English Springer Spaniels over the years, Punkin Princess, Foxy, Bailey, Barney and Breezy, all whom she adored and trained from puppies.

Ina loved spending time with her husband Mark. They were just shy of celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary on May 27th. Ina had many friends that she and Mark enjoyed many activities and extensive travels with. She adored her family with whom she shared much laughter and fun! She especially loved all her nieces, nephews and goddaughters, Amber Madewell and Ashley Province, all who she enjoyed a very special relationship with!

Ina was very caring, compassionate and full of love and laughter. She will be forever loved and missed by all who knew her.

Ina was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Andria Tracy and Kimberly Stills, half sister Katy Ray, daughter Teresa Marlatt, brother in law Bruce Gardner and her first husband Lillard Williamson.

Surviving are her husband Mark of the home, grandson James Isaac Burchett, of Newport News, VA., sister Cheryl Korhuniak and husband Hose of Owasso, Ok., brother Kevin Stills and wife Rhonda of Muskogee. Nephews Scott (Stacie) Gardner of Owasso, OK., Kurt (Christy) Gardner of Broken Arrow, Brad (Tonya) Tracy of Owasso, OK., Andy (Hailey) Stills of Lindale, TX., Kimberly (Hudson) Hoover of Tahlequah, OK., as well as many great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral services celebrating Ina's life will be held at 2:00 pm, Wednesday May 24, 2023, at Lescher-Millsap Funeral Home with Pastor Chadd Pendergraft officiating. Pallbearers will be Kurt Gardner, Brad Tracy, Andy Stills, James Burchett, Hudson Hoover, Buddy Harris and David Harris. Honorary pallbearers are Scott Gardner, Mark Amstutz, Jim Campbell.

Interment will follow at Greenhill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please feel free to donate to a charity of your choice.
