David Wayne Jarrard

 January 11,1963 ~ October 11, 2008

Funeral services for David Jarrard, 45, of Ft. Smith, AR will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 18 , 2008 in Lescher-Millsap Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Judy Spencer and Pastor's Cindy and Marvin Scott officiating. Pallbearers are John Adams, Paul Wallace, Alan Wallace, Fredrick Gaylen, Josh Heslet, Don Melton and Dale Wagnon. Honorary Pallbearers are DeWayne Heard, Bill Jarrard, Emmett Spencer, John Wilson and Eddie Pittman. Burial will be in Greenhill Cemetery

.David was born January 11,1963 in Muskogee, OK the son of Jerry and Kay Jarrard and died October 11, 2008 at his home in Ft. Smith, AR. He attended The Healing Place Church in Ft. Smith, AR and was an active witness for his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He did remodeling, painting and carpenter work.

He was preceded in death by one son, Johnathan Wayne Jarrard in February of 2005.

Survivors include his wife, Deborah Jarrard of the home; parents, Jerry and Kay Jarrard of Muskogee, OK; father and mother-in-law, Dale and Carol Wagnon of Van Buren, AR; sons, Preston Jarrard of Littleton, CO, Regan Jarrard of Muskogee, OK; step children, Brandon Travers of Glenpool, OK, Faith and Patience Thomas of Ft. Smith, AR, Chuck and Robert Thomas of Van Buren, AR; and grandson Braden Clem of Ft. Smith, AR; brother, Steve Jarrard and wife Angela of Richmond Hill, GA and a sister Deana Kay Heard and husband DeWayne of Okmulgee, OK.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Deborah Jarrard 3500 E. 74th Street, Apt H-3, Ft. Smith, AR 72903.
