Billy E Patrick a resident of Henryetta passed this life on February 2, 2021 in Tulsa at the age of 80. Born August 24, 1940 in Tahlequah, OK. Billy married Joyce Jarnagin on March 17, 1993 in Henryetta, OK. He retired from Anchor Glass Co and is a member of the men’s Sunday school class at the First United Methodist Church. He was a veteran, serving in the Navy.

Preceded by his parents and a brother Houston Patrick.

Survived by his wife Joyce Patrick of the home.
Children: Kim Patrick of Savannah, GA
Lee Ray Osban of Henryetta
Debbie Minyard and husband Terry of Henryetta
Grandchildren: Ryan, Rick and Christopher Osban and Codie and Seth Minyard
Great Granddaughters: Presley Ray Osban, Piper Ann Osban and Gentry Scarlett Jo Osban
Sister: Freda Peggs of Prue, OK

Visitation will be Friday, February 5, 2021 at the Rogers Funeral Home. A private graveside service will be at The Ft Gibson National Cemetery under the direction of the Rogers Funeral Home.
