Funeral services for Ronald Dee James, 30, of 232 1/2 South D will be held at 1 p.m. Friday in the U.S. National Cemetery at Fort Gibson with Reverend Denver Callahan officiating. Bradley Funeral Service is in charge of local arrangements. Pallbearers include Richard James, Donald James, Roy James, Carl L. Reeves, Jeffery Laymon and Harold L. Goodman.
Born January 3, 1944, at Coweta, James died Tuesday. A disabled veteran, he served in the U.S. Army and had lived in Muskogee for six years.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret of the home; three sons, Ronald Jr., of California, James and Billy of the home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Emery James of Gore; five brothers, Donald of Muskogee, Luther of Fresno, Gene of Coweta, Richard of Dinuba, California, and Roy of Gore, and three sisters, Mrs. Josephine Lashbrook of Phoenix, Arizona, Mrs. Walsie Layman and Mrs. Marie Reeves, both of Gore.
