Bobby Gene Isbell

Bobby Gene Isbell
July 15, 1939 ~ January 11, 2014

Bobby Gene Isbell was born July 15, 1939 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to Clifford Jessie Isbell and Earnestine Perkins. He passed away January 11, 2014 in Oklahoma City at the age of 74.

Bobby served his country proudly in the United States Air Force having entered at the age of only 16. He later learned the art of glass working for a commercial glass company in Oklahoma City. He designed and installed many commercial glass sites including locations in downtown Las Vegas.

Bobby was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Darrell Isbell. Survivors include his daughter, Susan Powell and her husband Jess of Bristow; daughter, Angela Isbell; son, Bobby Jr.; Isbell, Jr.; 2 granddaughters; 2 great-grandchildren; brother, Jess Isbell and his wife Carolyn of Grove, OK; and sister, Jeannie Fitzpatrick.

A graveside service will be held 2:00 P.M Tuesday January 28, 2014 at the Fort Gibson National Cemetery in Fort Gibson, Oklahoma.

Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
