Betty Ruth Harris, age 68, of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma was born March 22, 1952. She took her final breath here on earth July 21st, 2020. Betty married Rickey Harris on July 24, 1970. They will celebrate 50 years together in heaven.
Betty is proceeded in death by her husband Rickey Harris Sr, her mother and father; Wade and Christine McGlothlin, grandparents; Horace and Suzie Allen, Jim and Hettie McGlothin all from Sallisaw, Oklahoma and granddaughter Carson Harris of North Carolina.
She left behind a son and daughter in law; Ricky Jr and Tobey Harris of Thomasville, North Carolina, two granddaughters; Ryann and Reagan Harris or Thomasville, North Carolina, daughter, Liz Jones of Muskogee, son James Harris of Fort Gibson, son-in-law, Robert Jones of Muskogee, Oklahoma, granddaughter, Haylie Taylor, grandsons; Trenton and wife, Mindy Elkins, Landon and and wife, Adonia Elkins all of Muskogee, two brothers; Jerell McGlothlin of Sallisaw, Oklahoma and Ken and and wife, Lisa McGlothlin of Muskogee, Oklahoma, many nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, family and friends.
Service will be held Monday, July 27th at 9:30 a.m. at Lescher Millsap Funeral Home in Ft. Gibson. Interment following at Fort Gibson National Cemetery under the direction of Lescher-Millsap Funeral Home.
