Frankie Belle (Stephens) Dean

February 13, 1939 ~ February 19, 2021

Frankie Dean, 82 of Muskogee, passed away February 19, 2021 in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. She was born February 13, 1939 in Porum, Oklahoma, the daughter of Pershing and Nadine Maudie (Cole) Stephens.

Frankie Retired from American Airlines as an inventory specialist after many years of service.

A public viewing will be from 12 pm to 8 pm February 23 at Lescher-Millsap Funeral Home in Muskogee. Services will be held at 11 am February 24 at Lescher-Millsap Funeral Home Chapel in Muskogee. Burial will follow at Fields Cemetery in Porum under the direction of Lescher-Millsap Funeral Home.
