Snyder, Edna Gail, 58, passed away Friday, November 12, 2010 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
She was born March 10, 1952 in Hobart, Oklahoma to Bart and Margaret
(Dobbs) Holcomb. Gail graduated from Del City High School in 1970. She was
united in marriage on June 18, 1971 in Midwest City, Oklahoma to Robert Snyder.
Gail's love for the Lord was shown everyday by the way she lived her life. She
was full of love for her family and friends and enjoyed showing that love by
taking care of their every need. She enjoyed cooking, singing, shopping with
her daughters and watching her sons play basketball.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Snyder of the home; her mother, Margaret
Anderson and husband Mike Anderson of Stratford, Oklahoma; two sons, Travis
Snyder and wife Karissa of Tuttle, OK and Tim Snyder of the home; two daughters,
Haylee Snyder and Robin Wright and husband Mark both of Moore; one sister, Ginny
Jones and husband Larry of Eugene, OR; five grandchildren, Taylor, Jace, Andrew,
Kate and Shya; and a host of other family and friends.
She is preceded in death
by her father, Bart Holcomb and sister, Jo Grounds.
Memorials may be made to the Church of the Firstborn, 24331 N. County Rd 3387,
Stratford, OK 74872-2017.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M., Monday, November 15, 2010 at
Havenbrook Funeral Home with the family receiving friends from 6:00 P.M. - 8:00
P.M. Monday.
Graveside services will be held 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at
Oaklawn Cemetery, Sulphur, Oklahoma under the direction of Havenbrook
Funeral Home.
