Brenda Jean Hughes, a resident of Sulphur was born December 5, 1953 in Sulphur, Oklahoma to Jess Bailey "Corky" & Lena Beatrice (Elmore) Callaway. She passed away Friday September 25, 2020 at Sulphur, Oklahoma at the age of 66 years 9 months and 20 days.

Brenda had lived in Sulphur all of her life. She was a graduate of Sulphur High School. She owned Callaway Nursing Home in Sulphur.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother Willis Ray Callaway.

Survived by her daughter: Stosha Mann, of Sulphur, OK Son: Cole Hughes & Heather Eastman, of Sulphur, OK Grandchildren: Hunter Mann, Bailey Cox & Ethan; Alexis Hughes, Maddie & Emerson Eastman Sister: Glenda Lance, of Chickasha, OK Friends James Pettit and Sondra Swanson nephews

Services will be held Wednesday September 30, 2020 at 9:00AM Graveside at Oaklawn Cemetery officiated by Rev Bill Leveridge..

Burial will be at Oaklawn Cemetery under the direction of DeArman Funeral Home
