William Wayne Haggard, a resident of Mill Creek, Oklahoma was born June 19, 1943 in Fort Sill, Oklahoma to Willie Vernon and Irene Floyce (Lyons) Haggard.

He passed away Thursday September 26, 2019 at Okla. City, Oklahoma at the age of 76 years 3 months and 7 days.

Will grew up in different areas while his dad was working in the oil fields. He attended school at Levelland, Texas. He later worked as an electrician and owned his own business. Will had lived in the Mill Creek area the past 15 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers: Donald Ray and Ronnie.

Survived by his son & daughter-in-law: Michale &Theresa Haggard, Ardmore, OK; Daughter & son-in-law: Lenora Vernay & Trevor Cook, North Richland Hills, TX; Brother: Elbert Vernon Haggard, Flower Mound, TX; 8 Grandchildren: Talisha Garrett, Danita Howard, Micha Elmore, Jeremiah Haggard, Seth Cook, Joshua Sherman, Devon Camp, and Brittani Sherman, 8 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Lavoy Foster, Ricky Lemons, Josh Sherman, David Haggard, Elbert Haggard, and Michale Haggard.

Services will be held Tuesday October 1, 2019 at 10:00AM at DeArman Funeral Chapel in Sulphur Interment will follow in Oaklawn Cemetery with Michale Haggsrd officiating.
