Charles graduated from Sulphur High School in 1951. He then attended East Central University where he met the love of his life, Mary Nancy Hays. They married August 7, 1954 and have been happily married for 66 years. Charles graduated from ECU in 1955 with a Business Administration degree. He then went back to get a teaching degree and taught school for 9 years in Wynnewood. He then moved to Pauls Valley and was Teacher and Principal for more than 30 years, retiring in 1992. He enjoyed teaching his many students. He loved everyone and they loved him also. He was a member of the Church of Christ where he taught Bible Classes and later became an Elder.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Donald Fryar, and a grandson Shayne Fryar.This site may be freely linked, but not duplicated in any way without consent.
