Claretta was born in Palmer, Oklahoma to Floyd & Verda Green Rackley. She had lived in the Sulphur area most of her life, graduating from Sulphur High School. She had worked as a telephone operator for the Crawford Phone Co. and later Chickasaw Telephone Co. She was married to Jack Babb on December 21, 1954 at Sulphur. She was a member of the Central Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by; her parents, and a son Randal Ray Babb on July 9, 2002.

Billings, of Sulphur, Son & daughter-in-law: Clendon & Christy Babb of Sulphur,
Brother & sister-in-law: H.C. & JoAnn Rackley of Sulphur, Sister: Erma Murray of
Dallas,Texas, sister & brother-in-law: Ethel & L.A. Flowers of Sulphur, 5
Grandchildren: Chase Blankenship, Carter & Cameron Babb, Brett Billings & Josh
Billings & wife Alex. 1 Great Granddaughter: Ella Billings.

Thursday January 29 at 3:30PM at the First Free Will Baptist Church
with interment in Oaklawn Cemetery.
