Robert C. (Clede) Moore passed away August 15, 2005 having lived in Del City for 36 years.

He was born February 3, 1921. Clede was a member of Sunnylane United Methodist Church. He received a BS from ECSU and Master of School Administration from OU and served in the US Navy during WWII. Clede was a teacher, coach, an administrator, state basketball official and textbook representative, retiring from Addison Wesley Publishing Co. He was a member of the Lions Club, Moose Lodge, Oklahoma Bookman's Association, OU Alumni Association, Bass Anglers Sportsman Society, AARP and Midwest City American Legion. He was past president of ECSU Alumni Association, a delegate to East Central Teacher's Association, past president of Borger Noon Lions Club, lettered in track at ECU, past president of the Oklahoma Bookman's Association, and received much recognition in his job with Addison Wesley Bookman's Association. He enjoyed fishing, antiquing, and attending athletic events.

He is survived by his wife, Irene Moore; one son, Terry Bob Moore and wife Debbie of Pampa, TX.; one daughter, Diane King and husband Johnny of Kaufman, TX; grandchildren, Stephanie Smith & husband Del of Amarillo, TX; Gregg   Moore & wife Lacy of Woodward, OK; Jana Brown & husband JB of Missouri City, TX; Kyle King of Kaufman, TX; great grandchild Addison Smith of Amarillo and soon to be new grandchild; siblings, Wilma Jenkins of Purcell, OK; Harold Moore of Hickory, OK; Virginia Stidham of Nowata, OK and Frieda Sue and her husband, Ron Little, of Sulphur along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Clede was preceded in death by his parents Henry & Lonie Moore ; and 1 brother Cecil Moore

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial sent to Woodland Alumni Association, in care of Roger Dale Jones, Davis, OK.

The funeral service will be 10:00 AM, Wednesday, August 17, 2005 at Sunnylane United Methodist Church in Del City with interment at 2:00 PM at Hickory Cemetery, Hickory, OK.
