Agnes Chigley Talley was the wife of William Talley who was born in Charleston, S.C. in 1850. In 1879 he settled on the Washita River and in 1881 married Agnes Chigley, the daughter of Nelson Chigley, a progressive full-blood Chickasaw. This union produced the children Fannie, William Nelson, Tom Perry and Suda Bell. (O'Beirne, 1891) © Dennis Muncrief
