WEBER, LORENE (KINSLEY) 1922-2002
Mass of Christian Burial for Lorene Weber, 79, was celebrated 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 11, 2002 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Okeene, Oklahoma, with Fr. David A. Cowden officiating. Her Rosary service was observed Friday, May 10, 2002 at the Lanman Funeral Home in Okeene. Burial was at the Beirig Cemetery northwest of Okeene. Arrangements were by Lanman Funeral Home of Okeene. Mrs. Weber was born in Okeene, Oklahoma on July 17th, 1922 to Mathew and Rosa (Voltz) Kinsley. She graduated high school from St. Mary's Catholic School. On June 21st, 1941 she married her beloved husband, Ted Weber in Enid, Oklahoma. She lived most of her life in the Okeene area. She was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church and Alter Society and a past member of the VFW Auxiliary. Lorene was a very loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother and friend who will be greatly missed. The family would like to extend their appreciation to the staff of Russell-Murray Hospice for their care and compassion. Survivors include her husband, Ted of the home; two daughters, Lois Robinson and husband, Mike of Yukon, Oklahoma; Deborah Whitty and husband Alan of Ft. Worth, Texas; three grandchildren: Amanda Whitty, Brian Whitty, Sean Donahue; two sisters: Margaret Kinsley of Okeene, Oklahoma; and Josephine Bozell of Denver, Colorado; several nieces and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Leo Kinsley. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Russell-Murray Hospice, P.O. Box 1423, Bikford, El Reno, Oklahoma, 73036 or to St. Anthony's new Rectory Fund through the funeral home.
