WEIGAND, HERMAN 1916-1992
Graveside services for Herman Weigand, 76, who died Saturday, May 30th, 1992, was held Tuesday, June 2nd, 1992 in Peaceful Cemetery near Okeene, Oklahoma with the Rev. Bennet Peters officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Wilkinson Mortuary in Okeene. Herman was born May 25th, 1916 in Okeene, Oklahoma to Fred and Amelia (Hein) Weigand. He was a resident of Okeene all of his life, where he worked at service stations. Herman also helpd Lloyd Long at Long's Café for many years. He was well known and liked by all in the Okeene community. Survivors include four sisters: Alice Seibel of Marion, Kansas; Loretta Elliot of Palmsdale, California; Evelyn Whittaker of Woodward, Oklahoma; and Juanita Jarvis of Sedan, Kansas.
