WEBER, HANNAH C. (NUSZ) 1897-1997
OKEENE - The funeral for Hannah C. Weber, 100, will be at 2:00 p.m. today at the Church of God with the Rev. Duane Berg officiating. Burial will follow in the Ebenfeld Cemetery under direction of Wilkinson Mortuary. She was born March 14, 1897 near Isabella to George Peter and Mary Katherine Wolfe Nusz and died Tuesday, June 10, 1997 at Okeene. She attended the Arapaho Country School until the 6th grade and in 1912 she married Solomon E. Kammerzell. They lived in several communities including Canton and Ames where he served as Superintendent of schools. During the 30's she owned and operated a café in Okeene. One September 12, 1936, she married Solomon Weber. They owned Weber Implement Company in Okeene until his death in 1972. She was an active member in the Church of God. Her father was the first minister of that Church in Okeene. She is survived by one step-son, Oliver Weber of Yukon; one step-daughter, Velma Mackey of Sheldon, Missouri; four grandchildren, 11 step-grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, 54 great-great-grandchildren and three great-great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by all her children as well as two stepchildren and all 16 of her brothers and sisters.
