OKEENE - The funeral for Glen Harold Weaver, 66, will be at 2:00 p.m. in the Homestead Bible Church. The Rev. Bill Wiebe will officiate. Burial will follow in Homestead Cemetery. Arrangements are by Lanman Funeral Home, Okeene. He was born January 31, 1932 at Homestead to Ray and Clara Weaver and died Saturday, May 16, 1998 at the Okeene Hospital. He attended grade school at Homestead and graduated from Homestead High School. In 1952, he married Virginia Nusz at Okeene. He farmed in the Okeene area most of his life, except for the time he served in the United States Army from 1953 to 1955. Surviving are his wife, Virginia; two children, Kathy Silvey of Billings and Bart of Okeene; two brothers, Leonard and Bill of Okeene; and six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, and one son. Memorials may be made through the funeral home to the Homestead Bible Church.
