FUNERAL NOTICE - WEBER, ADAM A. 1882-1958
LAST RITES HELD FOR ADAM WEBER. Funeral services for Weber were held on Tuesday April 15, at the First Baptist church in Okeene. Rev. Robert M. Dally, pastor of the Okeene Church of God, and Rev. O. L. Jones, pastor of the First Baptist church, conducted the services. A family prayer service was held in the Keller & Landes Funeral Chapel at 1:30. Music was by Mrs. Gena Gower, organist; Mrs. Porter, pianist; Mr. and Mrs. Henry Eck, Rev. and Mrs. W. A. Snyder. Pallbearers were Emanuel Schnell, Henry Fox, Henry Flaming, Pete Hoffman, Chris Weber and Carl Grauberger. Burial was in the Ebenfeld Cemetery, the Keller & Landes Funeral Home having charge of the arrangements. Adam Weber, son of David and Mary Weber, was born June 23, 1882, at Wilson, Kansas, and passed away April 12, 1958, at the age of 75 years, 9 months and 1 9 days. Mr. Weber came with his parents to Oklahoma in the year 1891, and lived on a farm six miles southwest of Okeene. On September 2, 1905, he was united in marriage to Emma NUSZ. To this union were born seven children: Reuben of Southard, Clarence of Okeene, Helen Grauberger, Okeene, Leah Lamle, Hitchcock, Harvey of Vancouver, Washington and Bernice Scott of Bakersfield, California. One son preceded him in death. Mr. Weber was converted and baptized in the year 1919. He was a member of the Church of God. He leave to mourn his passing his wife, Emma of the home, six children, 15 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, two sisters, Julia Nusz of Fairview and Rachel Nusz of Enid, many other relatives and a host of friends. Adam Weber, son of David and Mary Weber was born June 23, 1882 at Wilson, Kansas and passed away April 12, 1958 at Okeene Municipal Hospital at the age of 75 years, 7 months, and 19 days. Mr. Weber came with his parents to Oklahoma in the year 1891 and lived on a farm six miles southwest of Okeene. On September 2, 1905 he was united in marriage to Emma Nusz.
