STARK, MARYLIN SUE (DOBRINSKI) 1940-2002
Funeral services for Marylin Sue (Dobrinski) Stark, 62 year-old Weatherford, Oklahoma resident will be held on Tuesday, September 24th, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. in the Emmanuel Baptist church in Weatherford, Custer County, Oklahoma with Rev. Randal Kilgore officiating and Brother Rob Miller and Brother Danny Ringer assisting. Burial will follow in the Hydro Masonic Cemetery in Hydro, Caddo County, Oklahoma under the direction of Lockstone Funeral Home of Weatherford, Oklahoma. Marylin was born to Walter and Henrietta (Drebenstedt) Dobrinski on June 24th, 1940 in Okeene, Blaine County, Oklahoma and passed away on Sunday, September 22nd, 2002 in Weatherford, Custer County, Oklahoma. Marylin was born and raised in Okeene, Oklahoma. She graduated from Okeene High School in 1959. On November 28th, 1959 Marylin married Sandy Stark in Loyal, Kingfisher County, Oklahoma. They lived in a number of places: Enid, Oklahom; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Ft.Smith, Arkansas; Woodward, Oklahoma; Elk City, Oklahoma; Mustang, Oklahoma; Duncan, Oklahoma; and then in 1982 they settled down in Weatherford, Oklahoma. Marylin enjoyed riding her horses, decorating, arts and crafts, music, church activities, and most of all spending time with her family. Marylin is survived by her husband Sandy Stark of the home, her father Walter Dobrinski of Okeene, Oklahoma; three sons: Chris Stark and his wife Kathy of Elk City, Oklahoma; Steven Stark and his wife Krista of Norman, Oklahoma; Matthew Stark and his wife Patsy of Weatherford, Oklahoma; two daughters: Teresa Luetkemeyer and her husband Tommy of Weatherford, Oklahoma; Sara Cloud and her husband Rodney of Elk City, Oklahoma; nine grandchildren, six brothers: John Dobrinski of Weatherford, Oklahoma; Daniel Dobrinski of Fay, Oklahoma; Thomas Dobrinski of Colony, Oklahoma; David Dobrinski of Okeene, Oklahoma; James Dobrinski of Fay, Oklahoma; Mark Dobrinski of Okeene, Oklahoma; three sisters: Carolyn Massingill of Orange, California; Ruth Spaeth of Okeene, Oklahoma; and Debra Littlejohn of Villa Park, California, and many nieces and nephews. Marylin was preceded in death by her mother Henrietta Dobrinski. Memorials may be made to Emmanuel Baptist Church Falls Creek Scholarship Fund.
