Mrs. Hazel V. Still -- Inurnment was in Havensville cemetery at Havensville for Mrs. Hazel V. Still, 83, Carbondale. She died Friday Jan 22, 1988, at her home. Mrs. Still worked as a grocery clerk in Havensville for several years. She was born Dec. 3, 1904, at Havensville the daughter of Lem and Josephine Eddy Talbott. She grew up in the Havensville community and had lived in Carbondale for 39 years. Mrs. Still was a member of the Auxiliary to Philip Billard Post No. 1650 of Veterans of Foreign Wars in Topeka. She married Clarence Wykert. They were divorced. She married Howard Still. They were divorced. Survivors include a son, Leonard Wykert, Circleville; and a sister, Fern Nicholas, Sacramento, Calif. Mrs. Still was cremated. No memorial services were held. As printed in the Havensville, Kansas paper, January 28th, 1988.
