Services for Marie Helen Nusz, 73, were held Saturday at 10 a.m. in St. John's United Church of Christ, Okeene, Oklahoma. Mrs. Nusz died in the Okeene hospital October 19th, 1977. Rev. Paul Southard officiated and burial was in Roselawn Cemetery, Okeene, Oklahoma. Mrs. Nusz was born in Russia and came to this country with her parents when a young child. In 1925 she married Ruben Nusz and she had lived in this area most of her life. She was a member of St. John's Methodist Church of Christ, the Women's Guild, and the church choir. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Betty Jo Simmons of San Jose, California; one sister, Mrs. Eva Podroza of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and two grandchildren.
