MILHAUSER, MARY K. (BEISEL) 1892-1988
Mary K. Millhauser - Funeral rites for Mary K. Millhauser, 96, who died Friday, September 23, 1988, in the Okeene Annex after a period of ill health, were Tuesday, September 27, 1988 at Wilkinson Mortuary Chapel, with Elder Steven Snead officiating. Burial was in Roselawn Cemetery. Born February 8th, 1892, in Kansas, she moved with her parents to Oklahoma near Arapaho, where she grew up and attended schools. She later moved to Okeene, where she married Frank Millhauser on January 31st, 1915. He preceded her in death. In 1917, they moved to Oklahoma City, where she worked for Hilliburton's Department Store for 34 years. She returned to Okeene in 1975. She was a member of Jehovah's Witness. Survivors include a daughter, Vera Scott, Okeene; two brothers, Fred and Manuel Beisel, Okeene; two sisters, Lillian Goforth, Okeene and Alice Thom, Enid; three grandchildren, twin great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
