MOSSHOLDER, DENNIS ALAN FOLGER (1959-2002)
Memorial service for Dennis Alan Folger Mossholder, 42, who died at his home in Enid on Wednesday, January 9, 2002 was held at 10:30 A.M., Monday, January 14, 2002 at the United Methodist Church in Ringwood, officiated by Rev. Rich Trobaugh. Arrangements were by Lanman Funeral Home of Helena. Dennis was born November 23, 1959 at Paso Robles, California, the son of Walter and Margarete (Seidel) Mossholder. In 1960 he moved with his family to Cleo Springs then to Enid where he attended Garfield School for 3 years. In 1971 he and his family moved to Ringwood and he attended Ringwood Public Schools. As a young boy he attended Ringwood United Methodist Church. He worked as an oil field driller for 23 years and was employed by Quad Drilling Company at the time of his death. After going to work in the oil field, he lived in the Enid area. He was a father who cared for his daughters with a passion. He was an outdoor person who liked to hunt and he also liked cars and music. He is survived by his children, Cassandra Alta Mossholder and Kendra Ann McMains Mossholder, both of Enid; parents, Richard and Margarete Folger of Ringwood; one sister, Irene Allen of Ringwood, one brother, Fred Folger of Helena; his finacee, Toni Thatcher of Enid; three nieces, two nephews, one great-niece and one great-nephew. He was preceded in death by his grandparents. Memorials may be made to Hospice Circle of Love through Lanman Funeral Home of Helena.
