LAMLE, LEAH (WEBER) 1906-1962
Leah Lamle was born to Adam and Emma Weber near Okeene, Oklahoma on August 24, 1906 and departed on July 15, 1962 at the age of 55 years, 10 months, and 21 days. Other than living near Isabella, Oklahoma, 4 years, she spent her entire life on a farm near Okeene where she remained until her illness forced her to enter the hospital at Watonga until her death. In December 1925 she was married to Leland Lamle of Okeene, Oklahoma. To this union were born 3 sons and 1 daughter. Her father and one brother, Harry, preceded her in death. She leaves to mourn her passing her husband and son Richard of the home; James and Glen Ray of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; daughter Mrs. Allen (Madelene) Schroeder of Homestead, Oklahoma; 7 grandchildren, her mother, Mrs. Emma Weber, 3 brothers: Reuben Weber of Southard, Oklahoma; Clarence Weber of Okeene, Oklahoma; and Harvey Weber of Bakersfield, California; 2 sisters: Bernice Scott of Bakersfield, California; and Helen Grauberger of Okeene, Oklahoma; also a host of friends.
