OKEENE - The funeral for Floyd Laubach, 77, will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the Zion Baptist Church in Okeene. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery under the direction of Wilkinson Mortuary. He was born September 9, 1916, northwest of Okeene on the family homestead to Phillip and Lydia Nusz Laubach and died Thursday, June 23, 1994 at the Okeene Hospital. Surviving are his wife, Dorothy Pauline Laubach of the home; two sons, William Eugene of Oklahoma City and Marvin Thomas of Canton; one daughter, Patricia Ann Wright of Enid; three sisters, Lillie Lipps and Rachel Jantzen, both of Okeene; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, and two sisters. Memorials may be made through the funeral home to the church or to the Cancer Society.
