HILLSBORO, KANSAS - Emma L. (Schlotthauer) Langhofer, 91, died November 25th, 1996, at Salem Home, Hillsboro, Kansas. She was born June 12th, 1905, at Marion, the daughter of Adam and Mollie (Ehrlich) Schlotthauer. A Hillsboro resident, she was a homemaker and piano teacher. She was a member of the United Methodist Church, Hillsboro, Kansas. On August 19th, 1948, she married Aaron Langhofer. He died December 20, 1964. Survivors include: a sister-in-law, Alma Hilsenback of Marion, Kansas. Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Hillsboro Memorial Chapel, Hillsboro, Kansas, with the Rev. Larry Parrish presiding. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the Memorial Chapel. Graveside service will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Dorrance City Cemetery, Dorrance, Kansas. Memorials may be sent to the Salem Home, Hillsboro, Kansas in care of the Memorial Chapel.
