The funeral for Sarah Nusz-Kelly, 93, 718 W. Hickory, will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Laduasu-Evans Funeral Home with the Rev. James Milligan officiating. Burial will be in the Church of God Cemetery at Fairview, Oklahoma, May 15th, 1989. Sarah Penner was born March 17th, 1896 in Peabody, Kansas and died Friday, May 13th, 1989 at St. Mary's Hospital after a period of ill health. She came to Oklahoma with her parents, settling at Fairview. In 1941, she married John Nusz. He died in August 1968. They had moved to Enid from Howard Kansas in 1959. In 1970, she married Earl Kelly. She was a member of Church of God in Fairview, Oklahoma. Surviving are her husband; five daughters: Olevia Milligan of Enid, Oklahoma; Katherine Dyck of Corn, Oklahoma; Sarah Koop of Howard, Kansas; Hannah James of Pond Creek, Oklahoma; and Ruth Blackwood of Tulsa, Oklahoma; four sons: Albert Nusz of Conway Springs, Kansas; John Nusz of Longton, Kansas; Pete Nusz of Rose Hill, Kansas; and Adam Nusz of Wellington, Kansas; one brother: Abe Penner of Shawnee, Oklahoma; one sister: Elizabeth Martin of Fairview, Oklahoma; 30 grandchildren; 59 great grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. The family will be at 615 W. Moore Enid, Oklahoma. Memorials may be made through the funeral home to the building fund of Cornerstone Baptist Church.
