Delbert Martin Knopp was born October 13, 1922 at Okeene to Martin and Lena Haffey Knopp and passed away Monday, February 18, at the age of 79. He was a resident of the Enid community for 40 years where he worked at Bass Hospital He moved back to the Okeene area in 1994. He was a member of the St. Anthony's Catholic Church. His parents, two sisters, Dee Nault and Kay Anderson, preceded him in death. He is survived by: two brothers, Quentin Knopp and Delbert Knopp, both of Okeene; one sister, Ruby Laubach of Okeene; and numerous other relatives and friends. Rosary services were held Wednesday, February 20, 2002 at 7:00 P.M. at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Okeene. Funeral mass will be held Thursday, February 21, at 2:00 P.M. at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Okeene with Father David Cowden officiating. Burial followed in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery at Okeene, with Wilkinson Mortuary of Okeene in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Our Daily Bread in Enid.
