HENLINE, MARARET (CLARK) 2001
Funeral service for Margaret Henline was Saturday, Decmeber 8th, 2001 in the First Presbyterian Church in Ringwood, Oklahoma. Burial was in Good Hope Cemetery near Helena, Oklahoma. Arrangements were by Lanman Funeral Home of Helena. Mrs. Henline was born in Augusta, Kansas, the daughter of Donald Bruce and Frances (Sherrick) Clark and her death occurred December 5th, 2001 in Fairview, Oklahoma. Her mother died when she was four years old and she was raised in Augusta, Kansas by her grandmother who immigrated from Scotland in 1851. She graduated from Augusta High School and then from Bethany College in Kansas, becoming the first one in her family to become a college graduate. She married Wilbur Henline in November 1942. She was a wonderful homemaker and mother, a navy wife and social worker for the Department of Human Services in Oklahoma. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Ringwood, and was very active in the First Presbyterian Church when they lived in Oklahoma City. They moved to Ringwood in 1964 where she continued to be active in all church and community events. Survivors include her husband, Wilbur of Norman, Oklahoma; one son and his wife, Don and Jayne Henline of Edmond, Oklahoma; three grandchildren, David and Gina Henline of St. Louis, Missouri, Mike Henline and Kathryn Henline of Oklahoma City, and one great-granddaughter, Stella Henline. Memorials may be made to Oklahoma Medical Research through Lanman Funeral Home of Helena.
