Girty, Beulah May (Razey) 1914-2002
Funeral services for Beulah May Girty, 88, who died at Highland Park Manor on Saturday, August 31st, 2002 were Tuesday, September 3rd, 2002 at 2:00 p.m. at Lanman Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ronald Poynor officiating. Burial followed at Cherokee Municipal Cemetery with Lanman Funeral Home of Cherokee, Oklahoma doing arrangements. Beulah May Girty was born on July 21st, 1914 in Amorita, Oklahoma to George and Alviria Razey. Beulah's great talent was her green thumb, anything that she touched would grow. She loved to camp and fish, and spent many a happy hour on the banks of the Great Salt Plains Lake. Special thanks go to the staff and wonderful nurses of Highland Park Manor Nursing Home for making her last days special and for the encouragement during her stay there. She is survived by three daughters, Phyllis and Roy Bigson of Clinton, Oklahoma; LyCindia and Glendale Clark of Lake Dallas, Texas; Vicki and Louis Neeley of Arapaho, Oklahoma; five sons: William and Sally Fisher of Jacksonville, Florida; George and Mary Fisher of Fresno, California; Phillip and Debbie Corr of Perry, Oklahoma; Delmer and Robin Corr of Bryan, Texas; Forrest Corr of Alva, Oklahoma; one sister, Florence Ging of Cherokee, Oklahoma; thirty-one grandchildren, thirty-five great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandsons as well as several nieces and nephews and one step-son, Ralph Corr of Yukon, Oklahoma. She is preceded in death by three beloved husband: William (Bill) Fisher, Phil Corr, and Walter Girty, her parents, two sisters, two brothers, and two grandchildren.
